How to Log Out of Netflix On Roku

Have you been bouncing between menus trying to figure out how to log out of Netflix on Roku? You’re not the only one. The option is located in a strange place. We’ll show you where to find the option to log out of Netflix on Roku with this guide.

Option 1 – Using Menus

1. Open the “Netflix” channel.
2. Use the arrows on the Roku remote to go to the left to bring up the menu on the left pane.
3. Highlight the “Get Help” option, then press “OK” on the remote.
   
4. Arrow down to highlight the “Sign out” option, then press “OK” on the remote.
   

Now you’ll be taken to the default Netflix screen where you can switch accounts.

Option 2 – Remote Control Code

Note: You can even use the remote feature in the Roku Mobile App to perform these steps.

1. Open the “Netflix” app.
2. Press the buttons on the Roku remote in this order:
   Up Up Down Down Left Right Left Right Up Up Up Up
3. Arrow down to highlight the “Sign out” option, then press “OK” on the remote.
