Soft Reset

Soft Reset From Menus
To soft reset Roku TV, follow these steps:
- From the Home screen, choose Settings. Press the OK button to select.
- Highlight System, then press OK.
- Choose Power, then press OK.
- Select System Restart, then press OK.
- Select Restart, then press OK.
The screen should then go black, display the Roku logo, and start the reboot process.

- Type the code on the screen and select OK to confirm the factory hard reset.
Factory Reset Using Button
- Ensure the TV is plugged into a power source.
- Locate the small pinhole reset button on the TV. It is usually located next to the HDMI ports.
- Using a paper clip or a small pall-point pen, press and hold the reset button for 15 seconds.
