Roku Plays Audio Only and No Video

Roku users may encounter a problem where the Roku only plays audio and no video when trying to play certain shows and movies. There are many reasons this could be happening. In this post we will cover a few things you can check to try to troubleshoot and solve this problem.


Restart

Start simple and see if a restart does it.

  3. Select “Settings” > “TV picture settings” > “Picture size“.
  4. Change the setting to “Normal“. If that doesn’t work, try another setting.
